Since all our items are made and packed with care, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

You must share an unboxing video of the product as proof.

The video should clearly show the package being opened from the start — without cuts or edits.

This helps us verify the issue and process your claim smoothly.

You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with the proof video and your order details.

Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or refund.

Products without an unboxing video or reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
