We ship orders across India. Processing and delivery timelines are provided on our website and may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company's timelines and circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Replacements & Damaged Orders

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer, or personal preference.
